摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch roller device obtaining the optimum winding roller capable of appropriately coping with a variety of a physical property, a thickness, a width, a speed or the like of a web wound on a winding shaft by one machine and involving no air. SOLUTION: In the winding device, a touch roller 3 is provided at an entering position of a web, on an outer periphery surface of a winding roller R, wound on a winding shaft. A guide roller is provided on a touch roller arm 2 in adjacent to the upstream of the touch roller 3. A direction of the web w advancing to the guide roller 4 and a winding direction to the winding roller R with which the touch roller 3 is press-contacted are made approximately parallel and a position of the guide roller 4 can be vertically adjusted. Thereby, an entrance angleθof the touch roller 3 press-contacted with the winding roller R and the web w advancing to the touch roller 3 is made adjustable.
