PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of eliminating a problem or the like in association with coating of a flux by remarkably reducing an energy to be consumed to manufacture, by using a raw material different from that of a prior art, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger comprises a resin-coating aluminum material. The method for manufacturing the heat exchanger comprises the steps of using the resin-coating aluminum material as a constituting material of the exchanger, and connecting constituting members to each other by fusion bonding the coating resin.
