PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a foamed polyolefin resin molding which can easily and efficiently obtain the molding which is excellent in production stability and has an apparent density smaller than the bulk density of supplied foamed particles in the continuous molding of the molding, and to provide an apparatus for the method. SOLUTION: In the method, foamed polyolefin resin particles are supplied to the foamed particle supply area of a molding apparatus having a passage in which the foamed particle supply area, a bulk density reduction area, an inter-foamed particle fusion area, and a cooling area are formed in turn, and a belt traveling endlessly above and below the passage. Next, the particles, after being compressed in front of the bulk density reduction area, are heated in the bulk density reduction area to reduce the bulk density of the particles and compressed in the rear of the bulk density reduction area. Next, the particles are heated in the inter-foamed particle fusion area to fuse the particles, and the fused particles are passed through the cooling area, so that the foamed moldings are produced continuously.
