PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device being drawn close, in the same manner as a drawing a metallic material and being capable of fixing a column on base concrete. SOLUTION: In the device, in which the column P is fixed onto base concrete B through a column-base metallic material 1 mounted on base concrete B, an assembly lever 9 is inserted to the column P from the underside of the column and installed to the column. A clamping bolt 15 is screwed to a female screw 13, secured vertically to the assembly lever 9 through a receiving supporting plate 7 for the column P of the column-base metallic material 1.
