PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting and dismounting device for a roller chain clip that prevents a clip from falling down. SOLUTION: One grasping part of pincers 1 has a shorter length than the other grasping part. The short grasping part 3 has an engaging hole 5 for a pin 8 of a roller chain in the tip, and the long grasping part 2 has an acute point portion 4 at the tip.
