PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device provided with a pair of nipping parts capable of being opened and closed and tightening mutual flat faces by closing from both or either of them when clamping so as to tighten a wire between flat faces accurately. SOLUTION: At least either of a pair of nipping parts 2A, 2B is turnably supported through a shaft part 14a positioned behind the flat faces 2a, 2b and crossing a tightening direction orthogonally.
