PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for blocking noxious gas generated from concrete, for suppressing noxious gas such as ammonia, etc., generated from concrete, shortens the time conventionally required for weathering noxious gas, quickly obtains a suitable air chamber environment after the completion of a building, and facilitates implementation of the method at a low cost. SOLUTION: According to the method, an air-blocking layer made of a synthetic resin is applied to a surface of a concrete skeleton. The air-blocking layer can be formed at a low cost, and easily applied to the surface of the concrete skeleton.
