PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding door capable of reducing a worker's burden and making the work easier during the installation. SOLUTION: For the folding door 1, the whole of shojis 20A and 20B and a coupling stile 30 united to one body is supported by one worker and is fixed to a vertical frame 13 of a window frame 10 through a hinge 60A and, at this time, a temporarily placed member 80 is provided at the vertical frame 13. Thus, a burden to a worker supporting it can. be reduced by placing once a rotating piece of a hinge 60 on the temporarily placed member 80 and thus the erection work for the shojis 20A and 20B can be performed easily even by one person. Also, when the temporarily placed member 80 is attached in advance near the fixed position of the hinge 60A at the vertical frame 13, the positioning of the hinge 60A for the vertical frame 13 can be easily performed and the positioning work can be also performed easily and quickly.
