PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pivot adjusting hinge having an adjusting function in which the position of a bearing section by a pivot and a receiving hole can be adjusted by simple operation. SOLUTION: The pivot adjusting hinge is composed of a shaft metal fitting A installed to a door C and a bracket B mounted on a fixing frame body D for fittings or the like, and formed in a structure in which the shaft metal fitting A consists of the first corbel plate 1 fixed on the door C, a cylindrical member 2 fixed at the front end section of the first corbel plate 1, the pivot 3 housed in the cylindrical member 2 in a freely vertically movable manner under the state in which an upper end is projected and urged in the projecting direction by a spring 4 at all times and a knob section 5 being arranged around the cylindrical member 2 and pulling down the pivot 3 in a sunk posture against the spring, the bracket 2 is constituted of the second corbel plate 13 secured to the fixing frame body D and the receiving hole 14 being formed at the front end section of the second corbel plate 13 and receiving the front end of the pivot 3, a nut member 6 is arranged on the lower-section peripheral surface of the projecting section of the pivot 3, and the nut member 6 is adjusted in the freely vertically movable manner by extending the lower section of the nut member 6 into the cylindrical member 2 and screwing the outer peripheral surface of the lower section and the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical member 2.
