METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING SNOW-MELTING ROOF AND ROOF SNOW MELTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melting device preventing formation of icicles at eaves. SOLUTION: A snow-melting roof has a surface heating element 11 positioned on the lower surface of a flat seam roof 100A. A heating plate 1 with a heating element 3 built in is mounted at the eaves of the roof 100A; water and snow produced by the snow-melting roof are heated on contact with the heating plate 1 and made to flow down to prevent formation of icicles.
