PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and rigidly joint a steel column having an enclosed type cross section and steel beams, such as H-steel without using a diaphragm as seen in conventional devices, and to arrange jointing members in the two directions connected to the steel beams in the two directions installed to the steel column in the same plane in the jointing structure or the steel column and the steel beams. SOLUTION: Penetrating metallic materials 3, penetrated horizontally to the joining section of a CFT column 1 and joint metals 4, having a shape that bolt sections 6 are projected integrally from plate sections 5 with bolt holes 5a are mounted on a beam-column connection section; the column-side end sections of nut metallic materials 7 are screwed to male screws 3a projected from the steel-column side faces of the penetrating metallic materials 3; the bolt sections 6 of the joint metals 4 are screwed at the beam-side end sections of the nut metallic materials 7; and the plate sections 5 of the joint metals 4 are spliced to a beam flange 2a and clamped by bolts 10. When the steel beams 2 in the two directions are secured to the column 1, the intermediate sections 3b of the penetrating metallic materials 3 are made eccentric in the vertical direction, so that penetrating metallic materials 3 in the two directions are arranged in the same plane.
