PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast concrete U-shaped beam outside member forming method capable of easily and efficiently complying with variety of a dimension of a beam. SOLUTION: In this precast concrete U-shaped beam outside member 1 forming method, a first rectangular parallelepiped concrete standing member 1a and a second rectangular parallelepiped concrete standing member 1b are formed, and then, the first and second standing members 1a and 1b are stood at an interval to be connected together by concrete for forming a bottom member 1c.
