PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel reforming apparatus, in which soot generated in the start-up is not stuck to a reformer. SOLUTION: A high temperature gas containing soot at the time of starting-up, when the soot is generated, is not supplied to the reformer to prevent the sticking of the soot to the reformer by providing a switch valve between a combustor (1) for start-up and a mixer (2) and switching the communication of the combustor for start-up to a reformer and the combustor for start-up to a waste hydrogen combustor to and from each other in accordance with the operation state of the combustor for start-up. |
