PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress combustion vibration and NOX production for each frequency zone. SOLUTION: A system comprises a calculation unit 31 for calculating a frequency region correspondence vibration component 30 for each of a plurality of frequency regions based upon a combustion vibration correspondence signal 28 of gas turbine units 4, 5, and a sensor 32 for outputting a NOX amount 33 of NOX exhausted from the gas turbine units 4, 5, and further a control unit for outputting to the gas turbine units an adjusting operation direction value for directing the frequency region correspondence vibration component 30 or the NOX amount 33 to the frequency region correspondence vibration component allowed value or the NOX amount allowed value based upon the frequency region correspondence vibration component 30 or the NOX amount 33, when the frequency region correspondence vibration component 30 exceeds the frequency region correspondence vibration component allowed value, or when the NOX amount 33 exceeds the NOX amount allowed value. The frequency region correspondence vibration component allowed value is set for each frequency region, and combustion vibration control and NOX amount control in an antinomy relation are achieved with high flexibility for each frequency region.
