PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip for a packaging bag in which a once-locked mechanism can be unlocked only by the use of office clerks at a registration counter or the like taking into consideration the repeated use of a security means, and the safety can be improved thereby. SOLUTION: In this clip for the packaging bag having a pair of holding bars with one end thereof pivotably supported and provided with the locking mechanism through engagement with a free end of the holding bars, the locking mechanism is unlocked by an exclusive key, the locking mechanism engages a pair of engagement claws protruded on one side with a locking sash formed in a through hole formed on the other side by the elasticity of the material, a tip of the exclusive key is inserted in a key insertion hole formed in a facing surface of the holding bars provided with the locking sash part, a cam provided on the tip is turned by the urging force of a spring, etc., to expand the pair of engagement claws, a security means is provided at some parts, and the security means is a label.
