PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear magnetic resonance equipment constituted such that beat-like noise is made less likely to appear on nuclear magnetic resonance spectra, even if a nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum is observed, while keeping a clock for a microcomputer oscillating. SOLUTION: A peripheral device, which is equipped with the microcomputer, the clock for the microcomputer and a means for changing the frequency of the clock for the microcomputer, is attached to the nuclear magnetic resonance equipment body.
