PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed wiring board processing machine capable of reducing a volume and providing excellent machining efficiency. SOLUTION: A permanent magnet 52 of a linear motor 51 consisting of the permanent magnet 52 and a rotor 55 is arranged at outer periphery of a spindle 21, and the rotor 55 is arranged at a position where it opposes to the permanent magnet 52 of a housing 22. Compressed air is supplied into a clearance 54 from an air passage 56 to support the spindle 21 by an air bearing.
