PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane foaming device capable of preventing leakage of stock solution even if a hose is detached from a device main body, simple in the shape of a separating part, and capable of preventing solidification of stock solution. SOLUTION: This valve device is formed by a first block 26 having a first pipeline 21 having a first inlet and a first outlet, a first valve seat formed in the middle of the first pipeline 21, and a first valve element 22 provided to freely come close to and separate from the first valve seat, and a second block 17 having a second pipeline 31 having a second inlet and a second outlet, a second valve seat formed in the middle of the first pipeline, and a second valve element 32 provided to freely come close to and separate from the second valve seat. The first block and the second block are connected to each other so that the first outlet of the first block 16 and the second inlet of the second block 17 overlap each other.
