PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine mount capable of maintaining a movable amount of an inner in a vehicle front and rear direction after a gear position is shifted from N position to D or R position same as that when the gear position is kept in N position. SOLUTION: An outer 30 is divided into a lower outer 31 fixed on a vehicle body side and an upper outer 32 movable in the vehicle front and rear direction against the lower outer 31. A stopper rubber 50 restricting further relative movement of the inner 20 and the upper outer 32 in the vehicle front and rear direction when the movement reaches a designated amount (a) is attached on the upper outer 32. This engine mount 10 is provided with an upper outer displacing means 60 displacing the upper outer 32 against the lower outer 31 to maintain the designated amount (a) fixed even if the inner 20 is displaced in the vehicle front and rear direction by torque reaction force when the gear position is shifted from N position to D or R position.
