PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide slurry having high preservable stability, and to provide a method for mass-producing a lithium manganese multiple oxide having high packing density from the slurry at a low cost. SOLUTION: The slurry is prepared by blending the hydroxide of the group 2A element in Periodic Table in a dispersion medium containing a lithium source and a transition metal source. The lithium transition multiple oxide is manufactured by spray-drying and calcining the slurry.
