PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problems in a conventional abnormality detection means that investigation of the cause of abnormal vibration is difficult and hereby proper recovery processing requires much time or the recovery is difficult. SOLUTION: An acceleration sensor for detecting vibration on a part of a device, and the vibration including vibration caused by operation of a motor is detected by the acceleration sensor. |
