PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leathery sheet reduced in an influence of a rapid change of outside air temperature and having a stable feeling of use. SOLUTION: This leathery sheet is obtained by forming a coating layer comprising a solid-liquid phase change substance on at least one side of a sheet base composed of a fibrous structure mainly comprising an ultrafine fiber having <=0.5 dtex and an elastic polymer filling the fibrous structure.
