PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling method which enables accurate identification of a drilling position and enables highly accurate drilling along a projected line by accurately estimating a drilling direction. SOLUTION: This drilling method has a process in which a gyroscope (4) is inserted into a drilling rod (3) excavating ground (G), a process in which a male mold (10B) or a female mold (10A) at an end of the gyroscope (4) is rotated to be engaged with the female mold (10A) or the male mold (10B) at an end (2) of the drilling rod (3), a process in which an angle of rotation of the male mold (10B) or the female mold (10A) is detected in that case, a process in which the gyroscope (4) is retracted to a storage position on an above-ground side from a point where the male mold (10B) and the female mold (10A) of a torsion detecting device (10) are engaged with each other, and a process in which a signal from the gyroscope (4) is recorded to measure a drilling locus in that case. |
