PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue an operation state before power failure when recovering from the power failure even if the power failure occurs during child lock. SOLUTION: The combustion controller comprises control switches 3, 4, and 5 for instructing control in operation, a child lock switch 2 for setting whether an instruction from the control switches 3, 4, and 5 is valid or invalid, a power failure detection means 10 for detecting the generation of power failure, a non-volatile memory 14 for storing information regarding the on/off of the child lock switch 2 and information on the operation state before power failure, and a control means 13 for stopping operation when it detects the generation of power failure, and at the same time determines the start or stop of a combustion heater based on each on/off information stored in the non-volatile memory 14.
