PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the ground stronger by forming a straight columnar solid post in the ground which has a small bearing power. SOLUTION: A guide plate 16 radially arranged with a plurality of square- shaped contact plate 16 is journaled in a freely rotatable manner on a journal plate 14 erected at right angle with a side wall surface closer outwardly on the top surface of an upper horizontal wing piece 9a of each co-turning prevention wing 11, and each tip 15a of each contact piece 15 constituting the guide plate 16 is slightly protruded outwardly from a vertical wing piece 10 constituting the co-turning prevention wing 11.
