PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of water in placed concrete from a permanent form utilizing a lumber and replace a lumber part only if the lumber is corroded. SOLUTION: A panel body 2 using a light-weight concrete panel as a placed concrete side and a decorative lumber panel 3 in which the lumber is brought into contact with a surface of the panel body 2 continuously by a tightening member are detachably attached to stop water in the placed concrete by the panel body and prevent its leakage onto a surface. Moreover, since a lumber panel shares a function as a surface decorative member only, large strength is not required and assembly precision is not required, thereby facilitating processing of the lumber. When the lumber is corroded, the lumber panel only is replaced.
