PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement that is for fixing an umbrella in an open condition on a vehicle. SOLUTION: A cylinder is formed in conformance to the thickness of an umbrella handle. An L-shaped bar is extended down from the back of the cylinder. A mount is arranged on the bottom of the bar 2. A hooked thin plate capable of hooking into a vehicle door is designed to be screwed on the bar on the mount. A magnet is arranged on the bottom of the mount. The umbrella holder of the structure is fixed on a portion of a vehicle roof via the magnet, and a hooked portion of the thin plate is set between the roof and the door and fixed through screw adjustment.
