PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact food raw material drying machine capable of performing a high efficient drying operation, not producing any irregular dried state, and reducing its cost. SOLUTION: A food raw material drying machine is comprised of an endless transferring flexible wire member 3 wound around a plurality of guide members 4a to 4e; and a supporting frame 6 installed at a side of the endless transferring flexible wire member 3. Further, it is comprised of an endless transferring device 2 to cause the endless transferring flexible wire member 3 to be wound and arranged by a plurality of times of turns in a spiral form from its upper part to its lower part, and to cause it to be returned back to its upper end position when the wire member reaches a lower end position; a blower 8 for circulating air to dry the food raw material; a heater device 9 for heating air; and a driving device for driving the endless transferring device 2. The food raw material transferred by the supporting frame 6 is dried while the food raw material is being turned in a spiral form and dropped. |
