PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a provisional use of map data to improve the user's convenience of use on the preposition that a right of use is acquired to permit the partial use of the map data principally. SOLUTION: The program comprises (S301) of receiving the range, etc., of desired map data for use, (S302) of informing of desired total charge of the map data, contract contents about a provisional use (allowed with an ex post facto legal procedure as security and, if a legal right acquisition procedure fails within a prescribed grace period, prescribed sanctions will be enforced, etc.), and sanction contents (e.g. system lock), (S304) of provisionally setting a right of use for corresponding map data, if a user operates switches, etc., to agree with the contract contents and inputs to desire the provisional use (S303: YES), and (S305) of starting counting the grace period. |
