PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a wind power generation without reducing an exhaust performance of an exhauster by disposing a dynamic pressure loss recovery device and a generation rotor at the exhauster provided on a cooling tower or the like of a cooling device. SOLUTION: A dynamic pressure loss is reduced approximately to half by a structure in which a diffuser 8 is connected to an opening on a discharge side of an exhauster 2 and a generation rotor 4 is mounted on a neighborhood to an exit of the diffuser. The dynamic pressure loss is further reduced by disposing a core at a center of the diffuser. A wind power generation is carried out without reducing the exhaust performance of the exhauster 2 by rotating the generation rotor 3 by this reduced amount. |
