<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of economically constructing a mortar or a concrete structure while recycling an industrial waste generated in large quantities such as wooden waste material, municipal general waste and sewage sludge as resources. SOLUTION: A concrete earth floor 6 is obtained by placing a concrete obtained by mixing a cement paste and an aggregate and mixing a wood chip T with the mixture on a base before an entrance 4. The cement paste is obtained by mixing cement C and water W in a prescribed ratio. The wood chip T is obtained by crushing small end fragments generated at a woody housing and forming them in flakes. The cement C consists of an incineration ash formed by incinerating a municipal waste and an incineration ash formed by incinerating sewage sludge and contains components such as calcium oxide, silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, ferric oxide and sulfur trioxide in almost same way as that of ordinary cement (e.g. Portland cement) and the components causing metal corrosion such as chlorine content is removed.</p> |
