<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a new waste material processing system and its operating method in which a stopped state of an incinerator is not produced when a drying machine is stopped and its entire system can be efficiently operated. SOLUTION: A feature consists in that a dried discharging gas circulation passage 5 is provided with a surrounding air feeding passage 7 capable of being opened or closed between a discharging port 11 at a drying machine 1 and a feeding port 31 in a heat exchanger 3. Further, there is provided a discharging gas passage 8 against surrounding atmosphere capable of being opened or closed between an air feeding port 12 at the drying machine 1 and a discharging port 32 at the heat exchanger 3. In the case that the drying machine 1 is stopped and supplying of dried and discharged gas G1 is stopped, a surrounding atmosphere G7 is applied as a thermal load, and it can be supplied to a discharged gas processing device 4 under a state in which a temperature of combustion discharged gas G2 is being decreased, so that it becomes possible to perform a processing within a processing capability at the discharged gas processing device 4 and so the operation of the combustion system can be continued.</p> |
