<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain technology for controlling light in a nano-region, capable of lighting and turning out the nano-region in the surface of a sample as a pinpoint, receiving radient light from the sample, and being utilized effectively. SOLUTION: This light-receiving/emitting probe 19 is constituted of a conductive nanotube probe 10 with a base part 10b fixed to a holder 8 and a tip part 10a protruded, a light-receiving/emitting body 15 formed in the circumferential surface of the conductive nanotube probe 10, a conductive nanotube lead wire 16 fixed to the light-receiving/emitting body 15, and a means for impressing a voltage on both ends of the conductive nanotube lead wire 16 and the conductive nanotube probe 10, and the light-receiving/emitting body 15 receives and emits light by the passage of electricity. This light-receiving/emitting probe device 26 is constituted of the light-receiving/emitting probe 19, a scanning mechanism SD for scanning the sample 22 with the light-receiving/emitting probe 19, and a control circuit C for making the light-receiving/emitting body 15 of the light-receiving/emitting probe 19 receive and emit light, and a light is emitted and received in a micro-region of the surface 22a of the sample.</p> |
