PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat sludge in a sludge storage tank easily making effective use of exhaust gas from a gas turbine generator. SOLUTION: This sludge heating system is provided with a gas turbine generator 1 having an exhaust pipe 2, and the sludge storage tank 5 for storing the sludge 5a. The exhaust gas from the gas turbine generator 1 is fed from the exhaust pipe 2 to an introduction pipe 6, and the exhaust gas in the introduction pipe 6 is guided to the sludge storage tank 5. It is thus possible to heat the sludge 5a in the sludge storage tank 5 without generating steam or the like by means of the exhaust gas in the introduction pipe 6.
