PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting fitting for an ALC(autoclaved light-weight concrete) panel, which enables mounting even if a header surface, taken as a joint part of the ALC panel has no groove, can be easily manufactured, enables adjustment of the entrance and exit of the mounted ALC panel, has high mounting strength, and makes it hard to make a gap in the joint part between adjacent ALC panels. SOLUTION: The mounting fitting 10 for the ALC panel is used to mount and fix the ALC panels, which are installed continuously in the vertical direction and/or the horizontal direction in a building frame, on the building frame by the header surfaces of the respective ALC panels. The mounting fitting 10 is composed of a base part 11, which is fixed to the building frame, an arm part 12 which is extended in the direction of the panel from the base part 11 and interposed between the header surfaces of the adjacent panels, and claw parts 13 which are extended in two directions opposite to each other from the arm part 12 and driven into both the header surfaces of the adjacent panels. These respective parts 11, 12 and 13 are composed integrally of a platy material.
