PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet carrying mechanism for excellently loading a sheet without rounding the sheet material on a delivery tray at delivery time. SOLUTION: This sheet carrying mechanism is composed of delivery rollers (rubber rollers) 433 (433a to 433e) divided into a plurality in the axial direction of a delivery roller shaft (a shaft) 435 rotating by imparting rotational driving force, and rotating together with the delivery roller shaft 435, and a plurality of cylindrical delivery rollers (rollers) 434 (434a to 434e) for rotating by being driven by being brought into pressure contact with the respective delivery rollers 433 (433a to 433e).
