PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a makeup cosmetic hardly causing somberness of an applied cosmetic, having excellent effects for covering up the defect of the skin, and having excellent natural-finishing effects with transparency. SOLUTION: This cosmetic contains an organic powder having a color of blue to green. In another embodiment, the makeup cosmetic contains the organic powder colored by a dye, or either of the above makeup cosmetics contains the organic powder obtained by coating the surface of a plate-shaped powder with the organic powder. The makeup cosmetic can be a foundation.
