PURPOSE: A meat cutting machine coupled with longitudinal and transverse cutting members is provided to reduce the whole size thereof, as well as the generation of vibration and shock. CONSTITUTION: The meat cutting machine(10) for cutting flat slices of boiled beef into hexahedral pieces is comprised of a transfer member having a flat plate shaped lower conveyor(310) and a triangular upper conveyor(330) for moving the meat pieces forward while applying a constant pressure; and longitudinal and transverse cutting members for successively cutting the transferred meat pieces into the vertical and horizontal directions thereof.
