PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuously producing a liquid silicone rubber base with high preservation stability, easy to set kneading conditions and high in productivity. SOLUTION: This method for continuously producing a liquid silicone rubber base is characterized by comprising the 1st step of continuously feeding a corotation-type twin-screw continuously kneading extruder 8 with (A) 100 pts.wt. of a liquid alkenyl group-containing diorganopolysiloxane, (B) 5-100 pts.wt. of a reinforcing silica filler and (C) 1-30 wt.%, based on the component B, of a silica filler treatment agent and kneading the blend at 0-100 deg.C and the 2nd step of continuously feeding another corotation-type twin-screw continuously kneading extruder 13 with the resultant kneaded product and kneading the blend at 150-300 deg.C.
