PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multishaft tightening device capable of simply changing a distance between shafts of sockets. SOLUTION: A lifting cylinder 25 is extended, a template 18 is pressed downward more than the socket 17, and a hook 27 is rotated to release the engagement with a neck part 26 and remove the template 18. After this, a new template 18 is engaged with the neck part 26 of the lifting cylinder 25 by rotating the hook 27, and the lifting cylinder 25 is shrunk to lift the template 18. A lower end of the socket 17 enters a hole 19 of the template 18, and when the template 18 rises further, a bearing case 15 moves in X-Y direction so as to copy the hole 19 of the template 18, and new adjustment between shafts is completed when a lower part of the bearing case 15 is fitted into the hole 19 of the template 18 completely.
