PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve protection by surely supporting non-average force in a pipeline. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a frame 11 fixed to a support part 12 and a fixing mechanism 23 for fixing a pipe body 3 to the frame 11. In order to constitute the fixing mechanism 23, the frame 11 is provided with a wedge body 20 pressed to the outer surface of the pipe body 3 by pressing force applied toward the pipe body 3 from the frame 11 to thereby inhibit the pipe body 3 from moving in the direction of pipe axis.
