PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide improvement by having need of the remarkable increase in a cost, a time, experience, arrangements in construction and the like because a ventilation mechanism comprises the three parts of a ridge support member, an auxiliary member and a passage formation member in the conventional literature and the ventilation mechanism comprises the four to six parts of a glazing bar receiving fitting, a number of spacer materials, a drip permanent plate and a ridge cover member in the other literature. SOLUTION: The ventilation ridge device is composed of a ridge beam support member 1 provided in the garret opening of a ridge, a ridge beam 2 supported between the ridge beam support members 1, a ventilation member 3 having an opening attached to the ridge beam, a ventilation passage formation member 5 having an opening provided with a member 6 coming into contact with a tile, a tile part ventilation passage 10 formed by a projection bar 903 provided on the ventilation passage formation member and the rear face of a ridge tile, and a ridge part ventilation passage 8 communicating the opening of the ventilation passage formation member with the opening of a ventilation member. A ventilation ridge superior in strength can be simply constructed by utilizing the ridge beam support member and the ridge beam. The number of part items is lessened, and cost reduction and simplification of construction are contrived.
