PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing membrane of a panel-supporting section, capable of not only faultlessly and accurately facilitating filling of a sealing compound, but also being confirmable with the eyes as to the quality of an execution as the result of the filling. SOLUTION: The waterproofing membrane of the panel-supporting section, consisting of a panel (aluminium honeycomb plate 1) which includes a joint 1c, a fastener 2 for supporting a site engaged with the joint 1c of the panel (aluminum honeycomb plate 1c), and supported by a skeleton (H-shaped steel 11) and the sealing compound (caulking material 5) filling the joint 1c of the panel (aluminium honeycomb plate 1) is so constituted such that a spacer 3 and a plate (horizontal plate 4) located on the fastener 2 side of the spacer 3 are provided between the fastener 2 and the panel (aluminium honeycomb plate 1), at the same time, that a gap 4a formed by the panel (aluminium honeycomb plate 1), including the joint 1c and the plate (horizontal plate 4), is filled with the sealing compound (caulking material 5), when the sealing compound (caulking material 5) is filled.
