PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease trap cleaning device capable of automatically, efficiently and surely collecting solid contents floating inside a grease trap and lard, plant, oil, scum and the like deposited in the bottom part of the grease trap without any manual operation. SOLUTION: This grease trap cleaning device is provided with a floating oil collecting unit 2 moving upward or downward according to a water level in the grease trap 1 for collecting oil floating on a water surface in the grease trap, a sediment collecting pump 6 immersed into the water inside the grease trap for sucking/discharging water so that the sediment inside the grease trap is let float by its water force, and a separation tank 10 separating the sediment, the floating object, and oil from the water forcibly fed by means of the sediment collecting pump and collecting them separately.
