PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper revolving superstructure tilting work vehicle having a compact upper revolving superstructure tilting device capable of tilting an upper revolving superstructure in the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction with two hydraulic jacks. SOLUTION: A one-side rocking/tilting base 11 rocked in the vertical direction at one end is fitted to a lower travel body 2, and a lateral rocking/tilting base 12 rocking the upper revolving superstructure 3 in the lateral direction is fitted to the upper face of the one-side rocking/tilting base 11. A pair of hydraulic jacks 15 and 16, which can be expanded or shrunk concurrently in the same direction and concurrently in opposite directions, are inclinatorily fitted between the lower travel body 2 and the lateral rocking/tilting base 12.
