PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut-off bar facilitating the conveyance and handling and obtaining the external appearance of the continuous and smooth bar having uniform combined strength. SOLUTION: A joint member 20 lying across both bar members 10A is provided to the inside of a joint section of a plurality of divided bar members 10A. The joint member 20 is brought into contact with both up and down sides of the bar members 10A on four contact sections 10b, 10b, 10c and 10c by fitting projections 20a on both sides to the grooves 10b inside of the bar members 10A. The bar members 10A are fastened and fixed to the joint member 20 by screwing screws 32 to plate-like nuts 31 on both sides.
