PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor type imaging apparatus in which a perfect anti-fall countermeasure can be realized while satisfying the regulation of 'Product Liability Law'. SOLUTION: The floor type imaging apparatus has any one or a plurality of functions of a draw-out type tray for mounting sheets, optional mount/ demount, supply/replace or supplement, a user operable open/close part, its operation, and movable center of gravity at the time of mount/demount. In the apparatus, a relation L>=0.2 H is satisfied between the distance L from a polygon connecting the outermost contour on the floor surface of a member supporting the imaging apparatus touching the floor constantly or at the time of inclination and the position of the center of gravity of the apparatus within the use range of a user, and the height H at the highest part on the wall surface in the opposite direction up to which the apparatus can be pushed horizontally.
