PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge propriety of the unobstructed view in the periphery of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This device for judging peripheral condition of the vehicle is provided with a means 1 for detecting car speed, an action detecting means for detecting action of a driver and formed of a seat belt length sensor 2, a controller 5 and a camera for a driver, a peripheral condition judging means 5 for judging propriety of the unobstructed view in the periphery of the vehicle, and a display device formed of an image pickup means 4 for picking up a peripheral image of the vehicle and a display means 6 for displaying the picked-up image. |
