PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide caps for a coating implement which ensures an air passage stably even when they are connected to each other, and thus have high safety. SOLUTION: The large and small caps 1 and 2 are formed respectively in such a manner that inner tubes 11 and 21 having outside diameters smaller than the inside diameters of cylindrical outer tubes 10 and 20 and closed up at one end respectively are integrated with the outer tube parts 10 and 20, supported by supports 1a and 2a, and the caps 1 and 2 are so constituted that internal spaces thereof are made to communicate with the outside through gaps 1c and 2c formed between the outer tubes 10 and 20 and the inner tubes 11 and 21. When the caps are connected to each other, the air passage is formed through the gaps 1c and 2c. A connection regulating part that prevents closing-up of the gaps 1c and 2c when the caps 1 and 2 are connected to each other is provided at least for either of the large and small caps 1 and 2. |
