PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lithium manganese multiple oxide powder hardly generating a gas due to charging/discharging and having excellent charge/discharge property and cycle charge/discharge property, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The lithium manganese multiple oxide powder is expressed by the formula, Li1+aMcMn2-a-cO4.LibXdBeOf, wherein M is aluminum and/or magnesium, X is a halogen element selected from fluorine, chlorine, bromine and iodine, B is boro, and 0<a<=0.1, 1.0<=b<=0.1, 0<a+b<=0.2, 0<c<=0.2, 0<d<=0.05, 0<e<=0.02 and 0<=f<0.1. |
